      Interesting missions, smart team and strong company culture

      - Smart team members and highly qualitative recruitment processes - Structured career path and training, enabling regular evolutions - Interesting missions: exposure to the tech ecosystem and high-level clients - Company culture: 360 feedback, internal events, work-life balance... - Company's trajectory with more emphasis on tech and digital products

      Cons

      - Not a scalable business model: no hyper-growth trajectory in the last years - Packages lightly below the market standards for entry-level positions
