Pros

Working at Earnest Homes has been one of the best professional decisions I’ve made. The company culture truly stands out! The team is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping everyone succeed. From the beginning, the onboarding and training process was well structured and designed to set you up for long-term success. One thing I really appreciate is the level of trust given to employees. There is no micromanaging; instead, the company focuses on results and accountability. As long as you follow the systems and apply the training provided, you have everything you need to perform well in your role. The structure of the company is also unique in a positive way. Processes are clearly defined, communication is organized, and there is a strong emphasis on efficiency and professionalism. It makes day-to-day property management much smoother.

Cons

The training process can be intensive at first, but it’s ultimately very helpful for long-term success.

Pros

I had the privilege of working as a Property Manager at Earnest Homes, and it was a truly rewarding experience. From day one, leadership provided clear expectations for my goals and daily responsibilities, and I appreciated their confidence in me to manage operations independently. I highly recommend Earnest Homes to anyone looking for a well-structured, fast-paced environment that encourages learning, and meaningful contribution.

Cons

All positives, no cons here.

Pros

Earnest Homes is a great place to work for high-level real estate professionals. The pay is strong, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow. The leadership team is experienced and runs things efficiently, making day-to-day operations smooth. There is a lot of exposure to real estate investors and asset management, which adds to the experience. It is a fast-paced environment, but the rewards make it worth it.

Cons

Earnest Homes has strict deadlines and is very exact with KPIs, which can be demanding for some.
