      Supportive culture with flexible scheduling but variable training

      Pros

      Promotes work-life balance. Can offer flexible scheduling during "off-season"/summer season. Will reimburse 70% of your health insurance plan. HSA & IRAs available. Ma & Pa owned and operated company allows for personable interactions and training.

      Cons

      Some departments offer organized & structured training programs while other departments lack guidance and rely on a "learn-as-you-go" method. It's a fast-paced moving environment during the winter which can be stressful for some. You need to be comfortable taking initiative and being pro-active to problem solving situations.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule when needed. When I worked there my co-workers were great to work with.

      Cons

      Employees come and go really fast. There are a few that don't leave or get fired but overall most of them work there about a year.

      Pros

      This is a different industry than most because of the specific nature of the product. I continue to learn about the industry and enjoy the challenge. The salary is very good. There is a continual effort to offer other products to the line up. They are definitely an expert in this field and take pride in that reputation.

      Cons

      This company seems to have high turn around in some positions. Insurance is not offered as a benefit, and there are very few paid holidays.
