Knowledgeable and productive staff at all levels, incredibly rich experience and skills to be learned here, everyone is motivated to help you succeed, will work with you if you have difficulties of any kind. Great pay for an entry level position, with multiple pay raises as you gain more experience, generous travel reimbursement, set your own working schedule and hours
Cons
Personal vehicle is required for work, work schedule can dry up if you don't have multiple sites lined up and make getting hours difficult, upward mobility is difficult within this company (Small size so understandable)

the job is fairly easy, a lot of driving. the company treats you well and pays for your mileage on top of hourly.
Cons
low hours during down season, can be high paced during summer due to coverage logistics, mileage on personal vehicle really adds up. hourly isn't very high compensation for living expenses
