Earth Systems is a great place to work with plenty of learning opportunities from Seniors/Principals; the staff is very friendly; and the company offers flexible working arrangement. There is a variety of projects to work on; because the company is relatively small, one will end up working on several projects that may be slightly off topic compared to the training that was receive at Uni. However, the Principals will help you and direct you appropriately so there will be the opportunity to carry out the tasks under supervision while learning. If you are the curious/learning type, this is the Company for you. I also want to add that the Earth Systems Principals have high moral / core values and they run their business accordingly.
