      Pros

      100% paid health insurance. Some of the people are nice.

      Cons

      Unprofessional work environment. Offensive conversations overheard daily. Management says they want you to come to them with any issues or problems but when you do then you fear for your job. Mentioned bonuses and profit sharing to get you in the door but there is none. No room for advancement. Outdated systems. Zero training.

      Attempting to produce earth friendly products

      Cons

      Management is not focused internally. Training is inadequate and not effective to a person to be successful. A person will never be good enough for management. Micro-manage everything
