- extremely flexible - great environment - non-limiting management, allows for autonomous work - enjoyable to work with

- mostly power platform, so no hands-on coding - the company policies are becoming restricting and bureaucratic - the company is starting a wave of terminations to cut on costs, so not really stable anymore
