      Pros

      There are some great employees, which makes surviving the day at Earthborne a little easier.

      Cons

      There's no direction or uniform processes whatsoever, which leads to every day being a fire drill across multiple departments. Management is non-existent, inept and often avoidant, which allows issues to fester and creates for a stressful work environment/low morale.

      Management highly unqualified to manage people. Pay scales way below market. Every decision needs ownerships stamp of approval. No real trust of employees.

      Pros

      Will hire anyone zero background. The new equipment is quality.

      Cons

      Disorganized. Have stressful meetings with zero purpose. Push more and more on employees. Pay well below industry standards. Very high stress environment for anyone who cares. Everything is secretive and under lock and key. Cameras everywhere watching employees. Management talks down to employees. Zero safty in the yards around equipment. Very little vacation time and they don't like employees taking days off. Encourage working over time, weekends and not taking breaks to salary employees.
