But they can;t make it big unless the founders themselves learn to adjust a little and listen to the people they hire. During my tenure 3-4 of their own employees came up to me complaining about the favouritism to certain South Indian employees is a much bigger priority to the founders than the overall growth of the company.
Even a single pen in the company doesn't move without the founders giving a sign off and yet there is always a complaint ki why are things not moving.
