The work itself was quite fun and challenging.
Cons
There is no specific vision or set long term/short term business objectives. Operations is given a back seat compared to marketing. delusion, definition less and desperate to make money.

The mission is great - the cause has a potential to do great in the Indian market that is trying to destigmatize social taboos
Cons
But they can;t make it big unless the founders themselves learn to adjust a little and listen to the people they hire. During my tenure 3-4 of their own employees came up to me complaining about the favouritism to certain South Indian employees is a much bigger priority to the founders than the overall growth of the company. Even a single pen in the company doesn't move without the founders giving a sign off and yet there is always a complaint ki why are things not moving. Probably the worst and most immature set of founders I have worked with till date
