Work-Life balance. You're only expected to work 40 hours a week and this rule is very much enforced. They're very generous with holidays (you start with 4 weeks) . Career opportunities - every day is a new challenge, you're using the latest and greatest technologies and your constantly being pushed.
Cons
The pay is below what other top companies like Amazon and Microsoft would pay, you also don't get any stock options in the company.
