Cons
Given the pace Easol is growing at, there's change happening and some growing pains, I have complete trust that the company will get to the bottom of these and grow in a really sensible way making sure to put the employees first. If you don't have experience in a company at Easol's scale, and don't adapt well to a fast paced environment, it might feel like you're being stretched in ways which perhaps don't feel comfortable.
