Pros
Staff is extremely hard working and it is a fun place to work. Patrons are generally very appreciative of the library and treat staff with respect.
Cons
Management is beyond retirement age. The library would benefit greatly from some young blood. The old school management is very frustrating and does not communicate or even care to hear the ideas from staff for better programs.
