Pros

Good for book worms, good for those who are looking to pass time and not for career growth or making careers, good for law students who do not have any work experience

Cons

Autocratic management, poor yearly increments, phones not allowed, moving around or talking not allowed. Beware! Your creativity will extinguish and minds will close. Employees are treated as bandhua majdoors. Fullfledged partiality is undertaken by management. People who can turn into a yes man whether having any value of right or wrong are given privileges.
