Pros

Good client side exposure. Good for freshers

Cons

No work life balance. Client centric, not employee centric. Harassment in notice period. Remaining leaves won't be paid, seems only one organisation with such policy. Just work, work, client, client. No insurance , no mediclaim , no bonus, fake promises while joining. Frequent technology changes, you will be moved to any stack as per client requirements . Please do not join EE

Pros

Nothing as such. They also named them as Oostelikje Onderneming LLP to make clients happy as most of clients belongs/follows Dutch

Cons

1) Superb Micro Management. (every minute tracking, Even when you take break for washroom) 2) Bad HR support. (Behaves dramatic when you join and rude when leave the company. Amazing false promises) 3) Bossy Seniors. (Won't support you, instead use you. Insult you in front of team, make you feel down, won't support.) 4) Clueless Managers. (They have no idea what's going inside the project, Blindly beleave on what team lead says and that's where leads takes advantage of lies) 5) People quitting early. (Because of bad culture of the company, seen many people leaving the company within first 3 months) 6) Old is first (People working since 2-3 years will gets first preference even if someone is better than them) 7) No career growth. 8) DO AS I SAY approach. 9) HR & Management's Carelessness for employees exiting. 10) No moral values.

Pros

1. Oostelijke Onderneming LLP translates to "Eastern Enterprise LLP" (in English), is a flat organisation with an open-door policy. Simply said, anyone can reach-out to anyone be it the co-founders or C-level executives to get problems fixed! 2. A management-executive (Project-managers, Scrum-masters, Project-Coordinators) will get gppd exposure over all sorts of management methodologies and latest trends of the field. A developer will learn and be trained in new technologies so long he/she is willing to put in efforts. Transitioning from one-technology to another technology is highly supported! 3. It is an equal-opportunity provider, that believes in meritocracy. You'll find developers from all strata of the society, from all over the world working for Eastern Enterprise, be it India or Egypt. 4. The parties thrown by Eastern Enterprise on client visit (or those that occur almost every other quarter) are a spectacle for the party-lovers. If you are not a party-goer - you can skip as well! 5. Open-minded and relatively humble co-founders (Shweta and Marco), who have led the company in a very positive and innovative way. 6. A really good office space with an amazingly view and a super fantastic crowd (employees)! You won't be left alone if you are stuck with work and cannot proceed ahead - help will arrive as soon as you want help. You'll work with highly talented and extremely kind people (Devs, QAs, BAs, PMs etc.). 7. Eastern Enterprise has a long tradition of sending employees onsite (i.e., Netherlands) - mostly relevant to account-managers, business-analysts, team-leads and senior developers. 8. Extremely helpful and courteous HR department (especially Sheena Jacobi and Jayanti Samantaray) and super flexible IT-support department (Shakti Singh, Devanand, Soheb etc.). Sheena Jacobi is a rockstar of an HR - no one has ever disagreed with this, I believe! The talent acquisition team (especially Joseph Rodrigues and Suby George) have been amazing in bringing in talented people! 9. Talented, mature and composed senior C-level executives (like Pankaj Gaykar (CQO) who've led the process overhaul and managed critical-clients efficiently). 10. Freedom to be creative with your work and ideas! There are many more positives that I would love to mention but this should give anyone a clear glimpse of what Oostelijke Onderneming LLP is like.

Cons

1. Permanent remote working (WFH) for Pune-based employees instead of hybrid-working, should be seriously considered by Eastern Enterprise's management. 2. Overall processes could be standardised (but I've seen improvements before leaving and seeing Pankaj Gaykar (CQO) leading this process overhaul, hopefully this will soon be improvised). 3. Unplanned and unnecessary calls (meetings) between Eastern Enterprise's employees should be discouraged to improve quality of work.
