Listing in order from worst to least worst. 1. They have a HR policy of not giving experience certifcate untill you are not going to a new company. The certificate is made in the name of the new company. Meaning that those who wan't to start their own work, or ladies who don't want to work after marriage etc will never get the certificate, which is their basic right. 2. Doesn't respond to many other companies at the time of BGV creating lot of problems in your future. 3. Extreme exploitation and work pressure. 4. Company has an inner circle with managers who have always been there having their way. You complain to HR and HR will tell your manager and get your butts kicked even more. 5. Worst HR and policies. 6. The likes on Facebook and social media are a result of force. The HR ensures that each employee likes their page by going from desk to desk. 7. At the time of leaving they make your life hell. If your notice period happens to be less they will promote you to higher designation(with no salary hike) so that your notice period increases and you are left thinking and greiving. 8. If their is dependency on you or they don't have an alternative then they don't give releiving letter even if you have finished your notice period. They ask to finish the work first. 9. As soon as you resign your salary gets on hold and not for the first or last month of notice period but entire notice period. That means if you have three months notice period you won't get salary for three long months. This is one of their ploy to deter employees specially married ones from switiching. Many more issues...... Its agony in nutshell.

Everything is at worst. HR people are not at all professional. Management is worst, high in politics there are some developers who are there not because of coding but boot licking. You will be treated like slaves. Management makes fake promises to the client then pressurize developers to fulfill those promises. No working hours, you will have to work more than 12 hours daily. Maybe on Sundays too and No comp offs, no overtime. Above all, they will shout and say it's you who couldn't deliver on time. You will have to do work of 2-3 people alone. No work life balance forget about life. No extra activities they only decide dress codes for special occassions and click photos to upload on facebook.
