      Good holiday allowance. Most roles very well paid.

      Cons

      Do not care about front line staff. Bullying culture. If your face doesn't fit, you're bullied out. Senior management treat staff appallingly. Very high staff turnover in repairs and housing management. Most staff extremely stressed, overworked, and unhappy.
