      Pros

      a lot of people are young and in the same age, everyone tends to get along with each other, lunch is paid for, let you kind of make your own schedule.

      Cons

      you got to fight management to make them listen to new ideas, people in management have no idea what they're doing or talking about. they only like to please sales team. tons of miscommunications and empty promises.

      Final Boss of being underpaid, being over worked and micromanagement

      Pros

      The people who you will work with that are not Management or project managers will be some of the best/ funniest people you’ll ever meet. As a flight team member you will get to travel to some amazing places.

      Cons

      You will be underpaid by tens of thousands of dollars for the work you will take on here. Age discrimination based pay. Micromanaging is a regular here. Constantly on the brink of financial ruin so expect once a year to have a period of not getting paid. Investor satisfaction over employee satisfaction. As a flight team member you will be blamed for things not working. Annoying protesters every Wednesday because they think the company harms children which is not true. An expectation to do 4-5+ drone related jobs that no normal company does and won’t pay you extra for it.
