1. They violate their own rules and regulation. 2. Toxic work environment. 3. Appraisals are very very very very less. 4. Nobody listens once you put your resignation only they are worried about how to retain you. 5. Does not matter how much you work hard, things will go according to their moods. 6. No appreciation at all 7. Long working hours 8. All projects and processes are miss managed. very poor management 9. HR have no idea why they are hired for. 10. Stop filling your own pockets with money. And focus to improve the management. Treat employees as human beings. 11. Bad politics at the senior level. All senior levels are friends 12.
