Project risk is highly affected by client's data quality and format as project inputs. At time of layoff, projects did not have a controlled, highly-repeatable project cycle. Ability to deliver projects varied greatly according to complexity of client's internal workflow, business process logics, as well as warehouse management system and timeclock implementation maturity. Success was contingent on understanding business analyst techniques, Boolean operations, and practical OJT. Time in one value-delivery role was the best determinant of success.
