      Comfortable work stations, good schedule and decent benefits, nice view of downtown Boise from the office, close proximity to good lunch options

      Cons

      Upper management has limited management experience, clicky and unprofessional working environment, zero training regarding company requirements, limited assistance, unrealistic expectations

      Pros

      With a niche market in nonprofit accounting, you can feel good because you are helping others make a difference. Challenging and diversified work. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Like a CPA firm (hours and stress level), but without the educational resources and pay of firms. Time off is all ways given, but is all ways meet with strong disapproval later in work evaluations or other performance checks.
