The opportunity to gain experience with an international market leader whose client base comprises a wide range of organisations (B2B and B2G) within a rapidly changing industry.

- Relatively high staff turnover across several departments - A series of acquisitions and reorganisations in quick succession - The quality of the various B2B services is declining

Pros

I love my colleagues, from my internal team to external teams. We have fun and interesting projects!

Cons

Nepotism is on the rise under Sandesh. The guy only wants to hire family friends’ kids and able to make that happen when we can’t make an open req for actual full times with skills while laying existing employees that’s been with the company for years. Maybe we need a leadership layoff because anyone above Director level are useless and does not provide value or even direction whatsoever.
