You can work from home most of the time.

Cons

EasySent has a super high turnover, colleagues are not transparent and I even had a VP of business operation who had no idea how to use Salesforce forcing everyone to manually copy all the information out of Salesforce into an excel sheet. I think the ladder says it all.

Pros

A decent product and some nice people with really positive attitudes.

Cons

Inexperienced management only cares about the next funding and valuation, but misses out on execution necessary to truly grow a "global business." Struggles to fulfill implementation and promises made to customers. Constant change in direction can give you whiplash.
