Great Colleagues, great location. Lots of freedom and responsibility

Cons

Poor and inexperienced leadership. Poor salary, no benefits. Suppliers seen as enemies and not partners. This company always tries to cut corners - legally and financially often leaving the employee in difficult situations.

Great office and office location in Warsaw. Great collegues. Modern work style.

Cons

Unexpected and hasty management changes and decisions. Strategic decisions so "dynamic" its hard to keep up with it. Poor people management. Dissolved the entire Project Management unit in one day, firing 10 people at once.

Highly focus on tech research, implementation and adaptation. As a developer it's a very challenging and exciting job

Cons

Rapid growth and forward sighted focus has lead to inconsistencies in earlier development and data structure. Tech team does not have the resource to polish or refactor/streamline earlier stack. Often spend more time cleaning and understanding rather than productive development. Investment seem to be very focused on direct revenue growth where the underlying backend in stages are only reaching early functional stage and directly put into production due to tight schedule.
