It's the kind of workplace where you feel trusted to do your job and improve as you go. The environment is fast moving, but the people around you make a big difference. There is a good balance of support, responsibility, and learning along the way.

Cons

Pros

Easygo has been the best move I've made career wise. The people are smart and friendly, leadership is sharp and actually transparent, and the work is genuinely interesting. You get trusted to own real stuff from day one. The CBD office is also next level, daily brekky, great coffee, good social events, and the perks are well above market.

Cons

Nothing major. It moves fast, so if you like slow and predictable it might not be for you.
