Good company to level up at

Pros

Fully remote, reasonable pay, fast paced culture, lots of opportunity for growth.

Cons

Because its fully remote, you don't get the 'in office' experience. A lot of opportunities on the table making it rapid with fast changing focus can be overwhelming.

Pros

After being with eatapp.co for close to 3 - 4 years, my journey had been nothing short of tumultuous. While the company holds promise in the SaaS industry, it is marred by a severe lack of competent leadership and a culture that fosters disillusionment and high attrition rates. Pros: - The company's product has potential and serves a niche in the market. - The team members are talented and dedicated, despite the challenging environment. - The team team works way above requirements to get things done

Cons

Cons: 1. Incompetent C-Level Executives: One of the glaring issues at eatapp.co is the lack of industry knowledge, resistance in getting their hands dirty and going in for real ground challenges and lack of leadership skills among the C-level executives and founders. Their constantly changing KPIs, inconsistent strategies, and reliance on the Board of Directors and advisors to make critical decisions reveal their inadequacy in running a startup in the SaaS sector. 2. High Attrition Rate: The company's attrition rate is alarmingly high, and it's not difficult to see why. Employees are either asked to leave without clear reasons or Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) or are driven away by the glaring favoritism and nepotism that plagues the organization.Even a couple of Leadership roles are occupied by one of the founders' best friend, even though that department contributes little to nothing to the company's value. 3. Lack of Respect for Employees: Employees are often treated as expendable cogs in the system. Despite meeting or exceeding targets, we are subjected to irregular changes or deductions in End of Service payouts, which is not only spineless but also deeply unethical. 4. Ineffective Sales and Account Management Leadership: The Sales and Account Management departments suffer from a dearth of genuine leadership. Leaders here lack the basic decency, showmanship, or ethics required to handle exit calls or related events with dignity and respect. In conclusion, working at eatapp.co has been a rollercoaster ride, and not in a good way. If you are considering joining this company, I would advise proceeding with caution. The potential for growth is there, but the lack of leadership, transparency, and ethics within the organization makes it a challenging and often disheartening place to work. My time here has left me with more questions than answers about the company's future.

Pros

At eat app, everybody is pushing to encourage and inspire all team members, and individuals to learn new things every day, as well as get monitored by HOD to make sure you're getting improved on both personal and work sides. also, the people departments make remote work fun and make everyone close to each other, I didn't see such an environment where you will get the chance to meet people from a different department in one of the activity meetings.
