      Pros

      It鈥檚 a beautiful restaurant and event venue to work for. There are some great people working here.

      Cons

      Upper management is extremely toxic. They drink and do drugs at work and certain employees engage in inappropriate relationships with managers. It鈥檚 a toxic culture here and very draining

      Very solid team, honest management, and solid pay. Beautiful space & restaurant, quality food.

      Cons

      I'm not sure I have a con yet. This is possibly the best-managed restaurant I've worked at so far.

      Pros

      Laid back management as long as you act like a professional and do your work and know your menu. Generally scheduling is very amenable to your needs as long as requests are made timely.

      Cons

      lots of turnover, inconsistent pay, sporadic coworker drama, and brunch is a thing.
