When you join, expect to be sent to war with a slingshot and to be blamed for it. Technical onboarding is not existent (or at least that was the case with me)

There is no onboarding, you might get lucky and have the odd person be told they need to give you a hand but you need to be okay with figuring stuff out yourself. No documentation/processes seem to be in place because each client has such a specific set of preferences. Overtime is tough, there is often lack of clear direction or strategy from senior management. It can be frustrating because on paper the problems they have are fixable.
