      Droisys offer a good salary and also gives flexibility to their employees to work in-site or off-site, also gives you the opportunity to pursue other positions within the company by using your own career development plan, also has very good training and the opportunity to learn or teach others

      You'll learn stored procedure, Asp.net Web forms and office politics

      Cons

      Worst management. Poor appraisal policy. Poor food quality. Poor Infrastructure. Long working hours (9:30 to until you finish your project) No respect of your talent. Will fire you anytime.
