Pros

Growth Opportunities Good Comaraderie Expectations are not onerous

Cons

Corporate doesn't share goals. The direction of the company appears haphazard at times. Directors don't always bother to know their employees or the duties they actually perform.

Pros

small team not very many calls and management was nonexistent. If you're not a good employee that made sure to use down time for studying work guides then you had a ton of downtime for doing things around the house while you worked.

Cons

The other side of the coin of management being non existent is that they also weren't there when you needed any sort of support or help. One time I even waited an hour for my supervisor to return a teams message about a customer actively on the line that wanted to speak with a supervisor. also there is absolutely no room for career opportunities. the manager I had was there for 10 years already and the assistant manager was brand new as an assistant manager he had been there for 7 years.
