Pros

There are some truly devoted individuals that make up the Echelon management and corporate team. This creates a feeling of family that pulls you in, and for a period of time motivates you just so can feel a part of it.

Cons

Unstructured corporate management which appears to be due to growing too quickly. Lots of turnover. Claim to "Retain The Best Talent" falls short.

Mostly nice properties with nice amenities.

Cons

Growing too fast creates revolving door. No support, no training, no communication, management breaks commitments with employees. No growth opportunities.

Pay is decent, upper management not so much

Cons

No employee recognition. Upper management is not supportive, doesn't take time for onsite staff. High expectations of onsite staff and is always under staffed
