      No room for advancement, lies and a terrible culture.

      Pros

      It’s a job that pays regularly and you can learn the industry if you pay attention and ask questions. Executive team likes to party a lot, if that’s your thing.

      Cons

      Horrendous culture, management and executives act mostly like a clique. Was employed for a decade and received 3 job performance reviews in that time. Had to ask repeatedly for close to 6 years to obtain one. No room for growth, as promises are made but ultimately not kept. Micromanagement is an understatement. Complete lack of women in any management position, and complete lack of diversity in general.

      There are no pros, SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

      Cons

      Take all of Reps Residuals, never can prove what they are holding it for, unorganized, have calls every week that take time from selling and hound you to be on them (when you are suppose to be a 1099 employee), HORRIBLE service for merchants, takes weeks for programs to be ready (WEX Fuelman Voyager, etc) and machines to be shipped. Can't keep up with the merchants they have, so the merchants leave. Lie and are not truthful about reps pay. HIDDEN FEES. DO NOT TAKE ANY BONUS MONEY. RUN

      Ummmm are there any? Half the company gets perks and the other doesnt

      Senior leadership is full Of liars in the industry. Look at who They e added to marketing, Product and more! It’s all beyond people who failed and don’t know anything but how to build and sell.
