The most under paid staffing agency. Management have no skills in managing their employees. The lack communication and leadership across the board. When I joined this company by no choice of mine, the first thing they did was slash everyone's pay immediately. Then they moved from from a company I had worked for over 8 years and sent me to a position, upon arrival, I found out that Echelon had not informed them that I was coming. Upon further talking to the manager there, I found out that it was a part time position, they had not notified me of this. I drove over 70 miles to a job that was not expecting me and a position I was not expecting.

No training. No positive feedback. Lack of experienced supervisors.
