      Discount on products Made amazing connections while there with vendors and customers.

      Cons

      The owners Lack of basic job comprehension Puts sales stuff on a pedestal while treating support staff terribly. The owner Ward likes you until he decides he doesn't. After ge decides he no longer likes you he will make your life as miserable as possible.

      The owner Ward talks a big talk, but fails to follow through. He throws his employee's under the bus, plays the victim when things don't go his way, and lacks leadership in every way. Take major caution if applying here, Echo is a revolving door of employee's for a reason.
