Good products and some great people sprinkled in at the corp level

Always changing the direction of the sales org. No concrete plan and seems to always have a flavor of the month feel. Constant turn over. It has to be 80% year after year. Awful Sales Leadership that is emotionally immature, narcissistic , and only cared to make a select few of the inner circle successful. The most toxic direct report and most unstable place I’ve ever been a part of. No training, no direction, no support , no field rides. You are truly thrown to the wolves to sell a product that the company can’t even figure out where it fits in.
