      1. The upper management respects employees and their personal needs. 2. Near the metro station (Red line: Agios Dimitrios) 3. Great working environment 4. Free snacks, tea, chocolates etc 5. As a startup new ideas are highly taken into consideration. 6. Sky is the limit!!! Very experienced personnel, having a very good technical background resulting in high-quality software implementation. 7. Working in a hybrid model. 8. Remote work for August.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere between co-workers in the office, which is modern and beautifully decorated. Management respects the work-life balance and is very flexible. They make you feel appreciated, really. The management is also tech oriented which is a huge plus for me. That means that we can innovate more freely and try different technologies, which is encouraged! The work is challenging and keeps me on my toes. Free coffee, tea and snacks! Overall the management tries to provide a place free of trouble and full of comfort for the employees to work.

      None that I can think, for me at least.
