Pros

Great clients, and just like the other review said, you might get paid on time and the full promised amount, but I encourage you to check every paycheck to see if they "forgot" to pay the correct amount.

Cons

Where do I even start, the lies? the deception? empty promises? the fact that they change your pay without even talking to you, then go ahead and lie about that? I confronted them that my paycheck was missing a lot of money, and they got super defensive, and my manager even insinuated that I am being "too confrontational"... I was never able to talk with my managers about growth and the role's trajectory at all, any attempts where met with "now is not the time for that" or "I'm too busy" or "yeah I wouldnt go there yet" Here is the reality of the role: You will always be in the dark, not knowing what is coming down the pipeline, you are delegated with every task, and as soon as you get into a rhythm of tackling the tasks, you will get a call or message telling you to "drop everything" and work on a completely different task, and at the time, they expect you to finish all other tasks, because according to the managers everything takes "10 mins". they are so detached that they don't even have a grasp on how things work at their own agency... Don't even try to ask questions or ask for help, because they will use that against you whenever they can. They love to point out your "red flags" that they enforce on you. They know that you are overworked, and extremely underpaid but you should be "grateful" to have that opportunity to work with them. Did I mention that the agency is losing clients left and right? they are so terrible at managing their accounts and refuse to take solid and honest feedback, why? I honestly don't know, and I gave up trying to understand. Be careful, and I encourage you to stay away from this place, unless you really need money, this place is a dead end, and you'll realize that sooner rather than later.

Pros

I cant think of a single one without having a few cons to accompany it.

Cons

Contacted out of hours weekly, rude management, employees quitting constantly, absurd amounts of work for insufficient pay, extremely high expectations with zero recognition if things are achieved. Zero room for growth and a culture that makes you feel bad if you do not work on the weekends.

Pros

You get paid, usually on time. Sometimes the full amount that is promised! Dangling carrots is a good way to get people to work harder and you end up learning a lot in a short period of time because of the workload.

Cons

Horrible management, especially working with the portfolio of cycling clients. No real benefits other than outdoor prolink. Insane expectations and zero help or support from anywhere in the agency. If you ask for help or share any constructive feedback it backfires and results in management suggesting “you might not be cut out for agency life” Was referred to as a senior executive multiple times and when I inquired about it they told me “it was for appearances, and I wasn’t actually a senior” struggled to ever have them give me adequate raises and was promised raises that never actualized. Never got to use any of the products I was pitching although my “manager” received free product constantly but did 0 work for the clients other than consuming time in meeting with fluff and corporate jargon.
