Awful pay and even worse benefits which are very expensive. Unreasonable work load for such low pay. High staff turnover makes for a lot of chaos. Supervisors receive their positions based on length of employment not ability to lead. Our department had 4 different supervisors over a year long period.

There are many available trainings open to all employees. Staff is great and eager to help clients. Great experience in behavioral health field. Easy to change departments.

Cons

Mentally exhausting work with low pay. Inconsistent work completed/rules followed by employees. Lack of consistent/basic training for new hires.
