      A nice stable job

      Pros

      Very nice location. Laid back atmosphere. Reasonable work expectation. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Relatively low pay with often and constant promises for pay scales or pay reform. Very difficult to advance. Management ranges from very good to Neanderthal-like. Upper management and President's office have been known to fire people with little or no due-process. Rampant nepotism evident in director level employees..

      Pros

      Beautiful Campus, Good 403B, extremely laid back working environment, Caring and dedicated co-workers.

      Cons

      Salary was abysmal. There is no performance bonus. Very little training or opportunities to advance. There were multi-million dollar construction projects being finished but zero raises for the several years I worked there.

      Pros

      Beautiful campus and long summer vacation time, if you are lucky not teaching an autumn term in August.

      Cons

      Pay is well-below other private liberal arts colleges. All faculty member are required to teach out of their expertise field. Many policies were made without seek faculty opinions.
