      éclat Infotech is indeed a remarkable company with impressive projects. The Indian operations head deserves special recognition for their exceptional leadership and management skills.

      Cons

      Everything is good about them. The only con I can think of is alternate Saturdays are working.

      Pros

      1) If you learn something then it is good place. Some project is very good. 2) If you want to move Indore then it is suitable for relocation.

      Cons

      1) Office time start at 10 AM and if you late after 10 AM then they cut off some part of salary as per hour calculation in month end. 2) Management is very worst and no body listen to your concerns. 3) Every time office politics is playing by old people.
