Pyramid scheme. They take 50% of your commission. They offer a “base pay” but they never hire the candidates who choose that option. They push for full commission. High turnover rate because the volume of employees is what keeps making them money, even if they don’t sell or if they quit. Management lies to candidates constantly about how much they make to entice the naive. You drive your own vehicle with no reimbursement for gas or wear and tear on your vehicle. For the year I worked there not one employee was hired for a “management position” you’re called a manager but your still selling door to door. No benefits, no healthcare, no vision, no dental, no 401k. You work 6 days a week which is mandatory 12pm to 8pm. You’re better off working at McDonald’s.

It’s important to note that a pyramid scheme (which is illegal in the United States) requires an initial payment from any new member, and that is not something that we would ever ask of our employees. None of our partners would ever associate themself with a pyramid scheme because it would tarnish their reputation.
