Pros

Easiest interview process ever. Both interviews together lasted a total of 10 mins. If you have a car and can breathe, you’re hired.

Cons

Extremely high turn-over rate. Management only looks after each other. The job posts on all websites are not accurate with available positions nor the compensation. They are not upfront with what the company actually does during the interview process (Mileage, Pay Structure, Scheduling) You stand in a Sam’s Club or Costco everyday from 10:30am/11am -7pm and try to sell DirectTV and/or JustEnergy, a gas provider which is a scam. Several managers are in intimate relationships.

Hello and thank you for your review! In reference to your first point that is an illegal business practice. This means in this business model you pay to work here and make money off people you bring into the company. We obviously do not have anyone pay to work here, we pay all employees with a salary or hourly compensation. Also our interview process is quite clear. We present each interviewee with a packet describing exactly how our schedule works as well as pay structure with hours and commission so I’m not quite sure as to why you were mistaken, and I do apologize. Our core value is creating a team environment and our management staff goes so far as to have weekly goals meetings with each employee to ensure satisfaction on both parties and I’m sorry if you felt otherwise. If you have any further concerns or questions that went unanswered and led to this assumption, please reach out to me directly for clarification: hr@eclipsemarketinginc.com

Pros

Some of the people you work with are pretty cool but really not much other than that. Interview process is very easy as well.

Cons

It’s soliciting in Sam’s club/Costco. Your either selling direct tv packages or justenergy. It’s long hours with low pay. I also witnessed some pretty unethical sales practices.

Hello and thank you for your feedback! I'm really sorry you had a negative experience with us. It means a lot that you think we're a cool bunch however in each interview we make sure each individual knows exactly what the job entails, i.e. entry level. I'd love to discuss with you further about what you felt was unethical so feel free to email me at hr@eclipsemarketinginc.com.

Pros

Cant think one pro to say about this company. Free coffee ?

Cons

You are not a fulltime employee, theh lie about that. You work at most 36 hours a week for 10 an hour. They list pay at 500-800 base pay before you make commissions. That is a lie as at as the math for this does not even reach 400. If you work the late shift starting after 3. U still have to show up to work at 9 am .... Payed no milage No benefits You dont get your schedule for work until 24 hours before the next set week. Sunday ends the work week. Monday starts it, wont come out til hours before. If you have a job already keep it over this one. If you are desperate for a job, take it til u find something else more stable All around bad place to work

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We want to address a few of your concerns: The position that you accepted was for a full-time role averaging 40-42 hours weekly. Each position at our company is also hourly paid, and you can earn uncapped commissions in addition to this compensation. We do have two shifts, and this is gone over in detail with you in our initial meetings, so we apologize that you misunderstood the schedule. We are all about growth and opportunity, and it sounds like you were looking more for a 9-5 job, and unfortunately, that is not how our program is set up. We appreciate your feedback and apologize that your experience with us here at Eclipse was anything less than favorable. We wish you the best of luck in your job search.
