      Pros

      Loved the quality of clothes. Loved the atmosphere and customers. Customers keep coming back.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, actually no communication sometimes. There was an expectation that was not communicated. There was no commission but some of my co-workers would take sales way too seriously sometimes. I didn't feel appreciated in the end.
