None, please read the cons! Think carefully before even interviewing!

Cons

1. Doesn't care about keeping employees, as if they can be thrown away like a used product. 2. Setting up agreements that might not be legal. Will affect you even if you quit. 3. CEO cares about "loyalty" when he clearly doesn't deserve it 4. Looking down on certain jobs and treat the employees differently in many ways. 5. Check how many seniors left/forced to leave in one year, it could be a sinking ship. 6. Strict timetable for work and lunch. 7. No privacy, lots of intrusion, lots of guesses. 8. Several brown-noser in the office too.

Flat structure, friendly peers, reasonable work-life balance.

Cons

Engineers are not trusted in this company. Consistent surveillance on what you are doing. Nobody cares what you have contributed and your only credits come from how you claim the goal of your project and how it is blocked by other ppl. Find some way to know how many ppl have left this year.

Pros

Eclipse pays fairly and has a fairly flat structure. Their IT is good and they make consistent money in the markets they trade. They have a good trainee trader program and judge on merit. While continuing to expand and tackle new technology they still see value in traditional market making and reward those successful at it. I worked in the Sydney office for 5 years. It is a fairly relaxed work environment, but Eclipse is one of the bigger players in the Aus market.

Cons

Very few. Eclipse's style of trading limits its growth somewhat, but that doesn't necessarily inhibit its profitability.
