Pros
Eclypsium cares a lot for all of us. There are a lot of great benefits and a lot of room to bring new ideas. You really have a voice, which I think is one of the best things of working at a startup. The industry and the specific product Eclypsium offers is super interesting, you are always learning new things.I feel very comfortable and happy to be a part of this company. Also, the team is amazing.
Cons
I really can't find many cons of working at Eclypsium. I would say that since it is a startup, there are some processes and policies that are not set in stone or defined, but to me that is also part of the challenge and being able to help build that is great.

This company is an innovator at the forefront of firmware security. The culture is a big plus -- everyone pulling together --- great teamwork, and people have fun together! So many amazing people --- top people in the industry. A real opportunity to make an impact.
Cons
If you're not ready for the demanding pace of a startup then Eclypsium is not right for you.
