Pros

Could have been good Company to work for because of the nature of work and not reliant on one type project only.

Cons

Company is like old school and things are outdated. Poor vacation, poor salaries, poor benefit, poor work and life balance. You may find great people there but you find some of the company managers are either accademically educated without practical relevant experience or even surprisingly non accademic and unexperienced in the company field and latter mainly reliant on shop trade people. Many 20 years plus people in the Company. Low efficiency which put a lot of pressure on newly joined employees to bear for all without proper training and supports. High stress level due to unawareness explained on project engineers and designers. Even though the company was stablished by highly educated people long a go but It seems that it’s not engineering friendly anymore. I would not recommend to engineers and accademic people.
