      Pros

      - Work on a product that's trying to support the environment - Start up, exposed to lots of different roles

      Cons

      - Inexperienced founders and leadership team who learn about the business at the expense of their employees. Have already gone through multiple rounds of layoffs - No product market fit - Poor workplace culture

      Laid off due to restructuring, needs to work on its stability.

      Pros

      Benefits are great, fitting for a modern startup. Everyone was great to work with.

      Cons

      Still very much a startup and does not have a hold on many of it's core dependencies. Really think hard if you have a strong career somewhere before diving into the startup world because in the end you will just be a person to cut when there are budget constraints.

      Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. The decision to restructure was not one that was taken lightly, but was necessary to ensure the long-term viability of the company. In pursuit of our mission to offset every consumer activity on the internet, and in keeping with our value of Sustainability First, we unfortunately had to say goodbye to many talented team members. We agree, throwing headcount at a problem is not an ideal solution - Which is why hiring is more closely scrutinized following the restructure. We wish all of our former team members the absolute best and are grateful to their contributions while they were here!

      Hands down the best work experience I've had in my career.

      Pros

      Flexible workday, unlimited PTO, a boss and team that respects boundaries and a work-life balance, growth and learning opportunities, clearly outlined expectations and goals. A livable wage. Health insurance. A team of caring individuals who value equity and diversity. I could go on and on. It's truly the best experience I've had in my 8-year career.

      Cons

      It's a start-up so the cons are not a-typical. There is a bit of disorganization at times and we do not yet get a 401K match. However, these things are top of mind for the leadership team and they are very open to constructive criticism. The pros far outweigh the cons.
