Pros
Interesting services and market, especially the SaaS for cosmetics. It could represent a career starting point to enter the SaaS industry for chemicals.
Cons
Weak people management. Managements competencies are so weak and unprofessional. Very poor PM competencies. Projects are very missed up, and it is extremely difficult and demotivating to work in such a mess. Furthermore, the company provides almost not at all training to new managers and employees, so people feel like meat thrown on the jaws' market...This is a very risky environment for a young and qualified professional, because there is a high risk to damage your career, while been put on the market without any decent preparation on the services you should be responsible for.
