      Pros, benefits, growth doesn’t exist at ecoright.

      Cons

      The founders are confused. Exploit their employees by under paying and over burdening them. No growth. No work life balance. No perks. No appreciation. The owners play mind games with you. Manipulate you. Sustainability is just a mask for them to make money. Most importantly, everyday your salary is deducted if you are late even by a few minutes. Would not recommend ANYBODY to come here.

      A good company run by very Shallow people

      The team members are supportive, good and talented but besides that there are no pros.

      Cons

      The founders are not risk-takers and are big-time misers. No appreciation, No incentives, No Rewards for the achievements whatsoever. Rather they will cut your salary for coming late but would scold if you leave on time. Besides this, the boss would engage to argue about petty things to boost their ego and often pass offensive comments in name of humour.
