Pros
70th year in business , 2nd generation with 3rd generation starting. Well established company with the dealers that sell the product we manufacturer allows forgiveness when we trip up during busy season.
Cons
Company will remain stagnet in sales as long as current management stays in place. Also owner likes to play like he knows where this industry is today and jumps in with foolish decisions that negatively effect our business . They offer very few benefits , high health care costs , no contribution to 401, no profit sharing program. Just recently reinstated a small life insurance policy funded by company.
